Reservation request
|
Bookings CANNOT BE ACTIONED without your online reservation OR reservation request form (for fax bkgs),
full payment and your Employment Verification letter, sent or faxed through to our reservations department on
(02) 9250 9499.

Late Booking Fees
|
Requests must be received a minimum of 14 days prior to departure otherwise a late booking fee will be
incured. See Terms and Conditions for full details.

Book a Holiday
|
To book your holiday online, search using our 'Make a Booking' console located to the left of this page.
Click on either Airfares, Cruises, Tours or Hotels to see the range of fantastic destinations and discounts
available to you. If you want to Hire a Car, book an Airpass or maybe a Rail pass in Europe, what about
a 'Short Break' for that weekend get-away, go to the home page and search from the navigation bar along the top
of the site.

Booking Online
|
We have a 'Shopping Cart' facility so you can go ahead and book your flight, hotel and tour all in the one
booking. Your payment will also be made through a secure site online for your whole booking, a receipt and
booking reference number will be issued on completion of the booking.

Booking manually
|
You have the option to download and send/fax through the Booking Reservation Form (located to the left here)
along with your Employment Verification letter and full payment. To avoid a late booking fee, requests
must be received a minimum of 14 days prior to departure.

Employment Verification
|
Before your booking will be actioned you MUST send/fax through your Employment Verification letter.
PLEASE ENSURE that your booking reference number is written on top along with your subscription number.

Payments
|
Payments may be made by either Credit card (preferred with online bookings), personal/company cheque, money
order or by direct credit into our account. If you are sending a cheque or using direct credit into our
bank account you MUST ensure that your booking reference number is included so we can identify your payment.
Personal / company cheques will not be accepted for travel within 7 working days. All prices reflect a discount
for payment made with cash/cheque/money order.

Booking Reference Number
|
Your Booking Reference Number is a number that you will receive when you have completed an Online Booking
through this site. It is your reference for your booking so you must keep it handy and quote it any time you
need to refer to your World Interline Booking.
|
Receipt
|
A receipt will be mailed to you shortly after World Interline Tours receives your booking request and
relevent forms. It will detail your requested holiday, amount paid and will confirm your employment verification
letter.
|
Booking Status
|
Approximately 2-3 weeks prior to your requested departure date, World Interline Tours will contact
you to advise the status of your booking. Airfares and operators do not permit confirmations prior to this,
unless otherwise stated. Tickets and/or documents are issued and generally sent within 7 days of your
departure date. No documents will be issued until we have cleared funds.

Payment by Credit Card
|
All prices advertised have been
discounted for payments made with cash, personal cheque,
money order or bank cheque. If you choose to pay by
credit card an additional charge will be applicable.
2.5% for Bankcard/Mastercard/Visa & 3.3% for American
Express & Diners. |
